Review: When you look at the horror movie term in the dictionary .. a photo of Janet Leigh screaming in the shower appear beside him. Psycho probably the greatest horror film ever made, without exception. The story is amazing. The acting is near perfect. The cinematography is divine. The soundtrack is perfect. It is difficult to find something wrong with Psycho. Perhaps the only flaw I can find with the inability to Psycho the test of time. One of the reasons why the shower scene has become so famous is that it is not only filmed to perfection, but because the elements of sexuality , and murder is so surreal. In 1960, seeing a naked woman is murdered in a shower was something no one had ever seen, and was quite shocking. Today, double harpoon Jason two lovers having sex is not something unusual. I envy those who have seen Psycho in 1960 in the cinema .. they experienced the full terror Psycho.Aside this property, the film is impeccable. I do not even talk about how the film is incredible. One thing I think people seem to forget amazing soundtrack. Sound is an important element in movies and Psycho are fearless when it comes to sound. The only other horror film that approaches using sound with such perfection is Halloween (1978). The film is perfectly cast as well. Janet Leigh as Marion Crane beautiful, Vera Miles s? Ur so worried, Lila Crane, and of course the unforgettable performance by Anthony Perkins as Norman sinister but charismatic Bates.I recommend this movie to any fanatic horror movie. I particularly recommend this movie to any horror fan not insensitive Friday 13th, Nightmare On Elm Street or cry .. if there is such a fan.
