Review: After seeing the teaser 300 I knew I had to see this movie! Since then, I've avoided all the other previews, comments, etc., so as not to influence my thriller. Then I went to the theater for the first, not knowing the story ... only he had something to do with the Greeks and Frank Miller! Ignorance is bliss! I was absolutely blown away. Im 26 year old woman who does not look violent movies ... but I found the battle scenes are so well done and breathtaking. I got chills and goosebumps almost the entire movie. Im with many other commentators who felt they needed help but scream! from time to time. Maybe I'm crazy, but I thought the whole movie was very sexy and hot, whether the sex scene, the scene of battle, or Leonidis addressing ; its men.I think it is a shame that so many people condemn this movie for its historical inaccuracies, or racist, etc. People read too much into this film. What happened to watch a movie just because it is interesting and pleasant to the eye eye? People watch more movies out of the daily routine of life? I know it is not as good as they say many who have posted here. I just think it was a fantastic film. I do not know to learn something! I just wanted to have fun! And boy was I!
