Review: Savior: Two and a half stars (out of five) One of my favorite actresses (anyway) Kristen Bell star in this melodrama about a woman who's turning 30 with a mid-life crisis and moves back home with his parents back to their high school work o as a lifeguard. He begins a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old kid who seems to be becoming a common theme in movies lately (a middle-aged woman sleeps very young men). David Lambert co-stars as the love interest in the film and the Bells young Martin Starr, Mamie Gummer, Joshua Harto, Alex Shaffer and Amy Madigan co-star in supporting roles. The film was written and directed by first-time feature filmmaker Liz V. Garcia. They are pretty mediocre film, but it gives an opportunity to show off some of the Bell operating capability, as well as a good swimming suit.Bell plays Leigh in London, New York reporter who quit his job and goes back to Connecticut, where she grew up living with his parents (Madigan and Adam Lefevre). He taaskohtub his old best friend Todd (Starr) and Mel (Gummer). Mel is having a mid-life crisis of his own, just trying to have a child with her husband John (Harto) and Leigh further complicate things for him. Leigh's mother also works with issues of his own, and is not happy with her daughter to return home. Leigh also gets troubled young people a high schooler named Jason Little (Lambert), who works for the owner of a local pool (John Finn), in which Leigh to go back to work lifeguard.The film is quite boring and full of lush, depressing melodrama, but it's a good show. I definitely think that this is one of the most beautiful women in film today, but I think he can handle it (I really liked his Forgetting Sarah Marshall and escapes). She gives a good performance here, as well as a straight dramatic role in the change. Starr is good and also the rest of the cast is adequate. I did not like the plot line involving another older woman sleeping with a younger guy (after just adore looking at about two women in their forties are sleeping with each other 18-year-old son and detach a reporter, where his thirties has a romantic relationship with 17-year-old boy). I think it is a double standard that it's somewhat acceptable if women (and creepy than men), and I think this is the wrong message to send people, but I do not hold the movie responsible for submitting a moral Võ i amoral behavior.
