Review: ElysiumElysium disappointing and at one point, the other is good. It is a dystopia that does not look like it could be far from this. The more you think about it, Elyisum already happening everywhere, and Neill Blomkamp is a native of South Africa, so it becomes clear that the message is about poverty and money in the future. The difficulty in making the future of the logical and scientific as it is, clearly, and not entirely convincing. Herein lies the main problem of the sci-fi movie. Creating or fairy tales or starwarsy should do very, very believable as the director of the highly acclaimed District 9. WALL-E Plotwise forget (which is better), Oblivion, Escape from NY and several types of spirits plots. The story was very predictable from the start, and for my taste, could be done entirely PG 18 for violence, to make it darker and darker. Now, it seems somewhat doubtful. The actors are good, especially the lesser known ones, such as Copley, and Luna Mora. Jodie Foster is great here, reminds me a bit of the performance of Tilda Swinton in Michael Clayton. Matt Damon is a good actor, but it's a little too little. Compared with the Pacific Rim obvious why people happier with del Toro style skyscraper Movie: pure entertainment, the reality is far and very mild violence - hate or love it.To summarize, I was well entertained by this. I like strong evidence that the real problem is present. Not like how predictable the story unfolds, the overall mix of action violence and some details are not logical. I always want to see more films with Blomkamp and so have my 7.0.
