Review: I watched the spoof The Hunger Games without any expectations or preconceived ideas about what it should be like. And I enjoyed it! Not every joke hits the mark, but most kinda funny, kinda stupid, and mostly harmless. Maiara Walsh does a good job imitating Jennifer Lawrence and has great comic timing of its own. Diedrich Bader as I could never stand to watch Drew Carey Show due to a general lameness plays President Snow Ball amusing, parody of the Games ; Hunger President Snow. He did not bother to try to imitate Donald Sutherland and resulting sex scene out funny.Theres kinda slow, uneven and unfunny LOTR characters thrown in that that really does not fit, and I quickly put through most of it. Requires the kind of parody gag after another fast we keep looking and this is the most successful. Worth seeing if you have to kill a Saturday afternoon.
